About Our Boards

All of our boards are produced in the exact same elite factories as the highest-end name brands in the industry and held to the same strict quality control standards. These factories exclusively specialize in premium, high-performance watercraft and do not build low-end boards. Because we utilize the same premium materials and shape layouts without massive corporate overhead, we deliver tier-one brand quality directly to the Space Coast at a fraction of the cost.

Every paddleboard starts with a consistent, premium 18kg/m³ EPS foam core. Our high-performance shortboard styles—the 29.5 inch wide 8ft 6in Ghost Carbon Surf SUP (our "Corvette") and the 32 inch wide 8ft 6in Wide Body Surf SUP (our "Muscle Car")—are vacuum-bagged in a 3K carbon fiber wrap with 6oz fiberglass, double-wrapped rails, extra carbon reinforcement on the nose and tail, and heavy-duty reinforced fin boxes (5-fin setup on the Ghost; 4+1 on the Wide Body). The 8ft 6in Wide Body Surf SUP adds a Paulownia wood shell to the mix for a tougher structure. Our Bamboo Surf SUPs—the 9ft 5in Bamboo Surf SUP (the "Bomber"), the 9ft 6in Bamboo Surf SUP (the "Blaster"), and the 10ft 6in Bamboo Surf SUP (the "Surf Sedan")—feature a beautiful bamboo veneer shell, 2 layers of 6oz glass on top, 6oz+4oz on the bottom, and vacuum-bagged epoxy construction.

All of our surfboard-style shapes feature heavily reinforced fin boxes to handle critical bottom turns. Our 9ft 6in Bamboo Surf SUP and the custom indigo-railed 9ft 5in Bamboo Surf SUP feature a versatile 4+1 fin setup. The indigo rail model includes a highly specialized extra center fin slot on the bottom deck for a "dagger" fin placement. This turns your board into the ultimate wind board trainer, allowing you to learn to fly with an inflatable surf wing trainer to master winging logic before throwing a hydrofoil under your feet. Our other bamboo surf models utilize a classic, flowing 2+1 longboard fin configuration.

Designed for ultimate rugged versatility, our 9ft 5in Crossover SUP ("The One"), our 10ft 6in Teak All-Rounder, 10ft 6in Walnut All-Rounder, and 10ft 6in Padded All-Rounder, and our 11ft 6in Touring Board feature a lightweight EPS core covered in a 6oz glass the same high quality epoxy resin, double wrapped rails and then completely wrapped in a thermoformed ABS shell. A heavy-duty ding-rail guard bumper wraps the entire edge of the board to protect against paddles, rocks, and docks. Unlike our surf shapes, these ABS boards are equipped with heavy-duty front, back, and middle cargo tie-downs. The middle tie-downs allow you to easily strap down a cooler or a kayak seat to transform your board into the ultimate fishing vessel.

We didn't build this brand to sit in corporate offices. We started this brand because we wanted a brand that cared about us and was shaped and designed for the breaks where we surf and grew up surfing—the beaches of Florida and the East Coast. We don't build boards for Hawaii or California swells; we design specifically for our shallower, weaker, fast-breaking and steeper East Coast surf. Built from the ground up for our local Central Florida community and fellow boardheads, and backed by 30 years of board sports heritage, we use our own real-world wave experience and direct rider input to constantly test our shapes.
